Move to requester-based report model

Add "how many hits have you done or this requester?" (with ranges) and four "requester attributes": - How fair has this requester been in approving or rejecting your work? - How promptly has this requester approved your work and paid? - How well has this requester paid for the amount of time their HITs take? - How responsive has this requester been to communications or concerns you have raised?
